VILLAGE PRODUCE ASSOCIATION 2021 SUMMER SHOW
will be held on Saturday, 28th August 2021 at the Village Hall. It is hoped that the weather will be kind so that some of the entries can be shown outside in the Hall car park.
The classes for the different entries can be found HERE and this includes all the terms and conditions and the entry form. You must be a member in order to enter, except for the Junior Handicrafts Section and a special Section for all those new to showing as shown below. But even those two groups should make sure that they look at the terms and conditions.
Entries must be submitted by telephone to Judy on 01600 614000 by Wednesday, 25th August, although children may enter on the day. All exhibits and accompanying exhibitor card with name and class number need to be brought to the Hall and staged by no later than 11.00am so that judging can proceed promptly at 11.30am.
The Hall will then be open to the public to view all the exhibits from 2pm.

As we cannot host the meeting in the village hall owing to lockdown, we are planning to meet online using Zoom.

PS. Zoom is very easy to use and I’m sure, if you have never used it, that Mary will be able to give you some guidance before the meeting date.
