Your Village Hall needs you!

Would you like to get involved in your local community? Help us to make good use of the Village Hall? We are looking for new people to join the Mitchel Troy Village Hall committee. The more of us there are the better! We meet five or six times a year and you would be made very welcome. Please consider it! 

We particularly need someone to become Treasurer of the Hall:

• No previous experience as treasurer/finance background required as full guidance and ongoing help will be given to new appointee
• Duties involve receiving payments and paying bills, summarising the bank balance quarterly and providing annual accounts for audit
• Treasurer also reports the annual list of trustees and Hall account bank balance to the Charity Commission

Our AGM is open to everyone aged over 18 living in Mitchel Troy and to representatives from regular user groups and this year it will be held in the Village Hall on Tuesday 12 May at 7pm. Please come along and see what we do and think about joining us.
